Over the past two decades as a superyacht captain, I have managed assets exceeding $50 million, directed multi-million-dollar annual budgets, led complex renovation and construction projects, and guided international teams. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered exceptional experiences to owners and guests, enhancing the enjoyment of ownership, elevating industry standards, and advancing the careers of my team members.

In my experience, owners of complex personal assets—whether yachts, estates, aircraft, or collections—often face a disconnect between their expectations of ownership and the reality of operations. What should be a pinnacle of enjoyment can quickly become plagued by mismanagement, inefficiencies, and unnecessary stress. These challenges typically arise when dedicated oversight is lacking or assigned to individuals without the capacity or experience to manage operations effectively.

I believe my expertise in both hands-on technical management and executive-level strategic planning can provide the effective oversight needed to optimize asset management.
